If we find you to be under the age of 18 at any part of the process, we will cancel the commission effective IMMEDIATELY. Refunds will NOT be issued if this is the case.PROCESS:
After you have filled out the form and are selected for a slot, we will email you with a full quotation for your commission.
You have 24 hours to respond to this email and let us know that we can move forward with the commission and sort out payment.We will email you an invoice for payment, we would prefer if payment is made on the same day, however, you’ll have 48 hours before the commission is cancelled.Once payment has been taken, a card will be added to our public Trello. If you wish for your commission to remain a secret you can request to not have your name or design placed on the card.
This Trello is updated as the commission progresses.All communications will be done through email, this is to make sure that messages are clear and unable to be tampered with.
Other options will be both Discord and Twitter, but be aware that conversations on these platforms will be recorded for security purposes. This information will not be shared publicly and will be kept in a secure folder.Once the full payment has been made, work can start on your design. We require an UNSHADED and clear reference sheet of your character before we can go forward to the sketch phase.If you have an idea of what you want regarding posing and expression, please let us know, even a little stick figure scribble sketch can be a lot of help! This is not necessary though!If you wish for posing and expression to be artistic liberty (we come up with the idea for you) please let us know.We will send proofs of the sketch, Linework and enamel colours before sending them off to the manufacturer.
(Please note that there are only a limited amount of pantone enamel colours that exist. Pantone is also a hand made substance so colours may differ slightly from the reference provided. We select our Pantone using a physical book, so on screen colours may be more different than reality)Once the final artwork has been approved, we will send them to the manufacturer.
Once that has been done, we will send updates as we receive them, be warned you may go as long as a month with no updates due to this.If you’ve selected either Standard+ or Custom backing cards, we will work on those with you whilst we await further communication from the manufacturer.Once pins have arrived to us safely, we will check each one to make sure all are up to standard and then ship them out to you. Be aware that if you’re an international customer, customs charges may occur upon arrival, this is out of our control.

All payments are calculated and made in Great British Pounds (GBP)
We will happily do a currency conversion for you, but highly recommend that you do this yourself using Google’s converter (it’s pretty much what we do anyway)Payments for commissions are taken via Bank Transfer. Invoices will be sent out with payment details.
We as a company would much prefer to take payment through bank transfer, but if you’re unable to, we will happily take payment through Stripe however this will incur a processing fee which will be added onto your quote.We don’t accept payment plans at this time.We do accept international orders! However we’re only able to take payment via Stripe!
Any charges made by your bank for international payments are out of our hands.We do not accept PayPal as form of payment.TURNAROUND:
Turnaround time for pins is around 3-6 months.We DO NOT make pins to deadlines.Be aware that once we have sent the design to our manufacturer, any delays in turnaround are out of our hands.Same goes for shipping delays once we’ve posted the pins from our location.SHIPPING:
We ship packages using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. If you wish for us to use an alternative courier service, please let us know which one, however, if you chose this option, you are responsible for covering all postage costs.For international orders we use Royal Mail tracked and signed international.
Be aware that if you are ordering internationally, you may face customs charges. These customs charges are not paid by us, it is your responsibility to pay these charges, or risk having your package returned. We are unable to determine how much customs will charge as this varies depending on country (and state for US)STYLE:
All of our pins are made using a unique art style. We will NOT alter our style or attempt to imitate that of another artist. Please make sure you’re happy with our artstyle before commissioning.EDITS:
Edits to the artwork can be made during both the sketch and the colouring stage.During the sketching stage you’re able to make changes to the pose, positioning, markings and expressions. Do this with consideration, an excessive amount of changes (one change after another) will incur a £10 edit/redraw fee.During the colouring stage, you’re only able to edit the COLOURS, nothing else.If you need to edit something once the final Linework and colours have been done, an extra charge of £40 will need to be made.CANCELLATION:
You may cancel your commission and receive a partial refund up until the colouring process. After that we are unable to cancel and refund your slot.We will always keep £75 as a non refundable labour cost.If you do cancel, we reserve the right to use any artwork or sketches for future commissions and projects.
Once cancelled any artwork that has been done is no longer allowed to be used by you.PRODUCT USE:
You are allowed to sell the pins and take pre orders once the final design has been set and sent to the manufacturer.
When listing pins for sale, we ask that you include ‘Enanimals’ within the title and product description.Any artwork completed for you is allowed to be used for profile pictures, twitch banners, telegram stickers, etc etc.It CAN NOT be used for ‘for profit purposes such as T-shirts, physical stickers, button badges, etc.The only profit you are allowed to make from the commission is through selling the physical pins.We may ask when applying to commission if you’re happy with us sticking your design in our shop!
You don’t have to say yes, as we understand some people wish for their pins to be limited, which is okay!I you’re okay with us re ordering and selling your design on our shop, we will give you 3 months exclusivity from when you receive your order!CHANGE OF CHARACTER OWNERSHIP:
As these pins are custom made of a character, we ask that you notify and confirm with us any change of character ownership. Only the character owner can request a reproduction of the pins.DEFECTS:
Enamel pins are handmade items, as such, it is normal to receive a few ‘B grades’ in your order.
B grade pins have small imperfections, such as scratches or slight spots from the enamel paint. These defects are usually barely noticeable unless you’re actively looking for them.C Grade pins have major defects, such as missing chunks of enamel or plating.
We do order a little extra to account for C grade pins. Any C grades will not be sent to you.RE-ORDERS:
We are happy to re-order a design for you! Just watch for our next available commission slot and apply, making sure to tick “re-order” on our form.
Regarding re-orders, we are able to only change the colours, not the Linework.
Re-orders will end up cheaper than the initial commission, due to the manufacturer already having the mould available.EVENTS:

We recommend commissioning anywhere between 6-8 months in advance to make sure your pins arrive before your event takes place.NOTE:
Enanimals will not individually resell commissioned pins unless you have given us written permission, However, we retain the right to keep some of your pins for our master collection.
Any pins we keep will come from the little extra that we order to account for defects, so don’t fret, you’ll still get your full order!Enanimals WILL NOT work with you if you have a history of racism, homophobia, transphobia, zoophilia, pedophilia, sexual abuse, etc.
We are an openly LGBT+ company and will not stand for intolerance/criminal acts.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your commission if you are seen to be rude or aggressive to our team.
The MINIMUM you can order is 50 pins. This is due to the manufacturing process.These base prices are for our 2-inch pins.
The first 5 colours are free, any extra colour will incur a fee of £0.25 per pin per colour.
We currently don't offer any different plating or glitter options, we wish to experiment with those to check their quality first before offering them as custom options.
Custom Backing cards are an optional add on. Pricing regarding those is listed below.
Standard Backing Cards are free!These cards all feature the same wooden background and detailing!If you wish for a more unique card, we recommend choosing Standard+ or Fully Customised!
The Enanimals Logo will still need to be visible at the top of the card. Other than that, everything is fully customisable!!!
